Delivery and Collection

Delivery is currently available only within Croatia. Customers outside Croatia must contact us by email before placing an order. info@irtemar.com

Made to order – dispatched within 5 business days, plus delivery time. The period starts from order confirmation, or from receipt of payment for bank transfers. For personalised products, the period starts after approval of the final design and fulfilment of the payment conditions.

Once the product is ready for dispatch, it will be shipped to the customer's address via DPD parcel delivery. The usual delivery time after dispatch is generally 1–2 business days, depending on the customer's location and the operating conditions of the delivery service.

Delivery charges are calculated according to the total weight of the order:

0–10 kg: €8.50
10.01–31.5 kg: €12.50
31.51–63 kg: €25.00
63.01–94.5 kg: €37.50
94.51–126 kg: €50.00

All delivery prices listed above include VAT.

Orders containing multiple products may be divided into several packages.
