Enter a width of 250–700 mm and depth of 200–500 mm in the configurator. The displayed price applies to your selected dimensions.

Material and finish

Made from 5 mm carbon steel certified for food contact. The surface has a satin/brushed finish and is protected before delivery with oil suitable for food contact.

Measure the space before ordering

Entered dimensions are the finished external plate dimensions. The permitted tolerance is ±2 mm. Allow for this tolerance and the space needed to insert and remove the plate from the oven.

Before first use

Wash and thoroughly degrease food-contact surfaces, rinse and dry completely. Apply a very thin layer of cooking oil, preferably rapeseed oil, then season the surface by heating.
